EVESHAM TWP. -- A South Jersey man has been charged with selling drugs that caused a fatal overdose, authorities said.
Leonard Hicks, 35, of Sicklerville, was charged with first-degree strict liability for drug-induced death Thursday.
Hicks allegedly sold heroin to a Marlton resident who died from an overdose in November 2015.
Evesham Police and members of the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force tracked down Hicks at a home in Winslow Township.
Hicks is being held at the Burlington County Jail in default of $200,000 bail.
