According to the prosecutor's office, Reyes allegedly shot Feliu during an "altercation" along the 1000 block of Haddon Avenue in Camden on Saturday. Camden County police responded to the scene shortly before 5:30 p.m. after receiving reports of a fight as well as a ShotSpotter activation for multiple gunshots.

Feliu's body was found on the sidewalk near the corner of Haddon Avenue and Mount Vernon Street. He was taken to Cooper University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead approximately 25 minutes after the shots were fired.

According to the prosecutor's office, Reyes was captured by the U.S. Marshals Service Regional Fugitive Task Force - Camden Division after leaving a house in Willingboro. He was sent to the Camden County Jail ahead of his Wednesday arraignment.
