The Melting Pot closed its Philadelphia location and reopened in the apparently fondue-loving climate of Maple Shade, taking over the space that used to be Posh. Known for dipping fondues both sweet and savory, the Melting Pot has more than 130 locations in North America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Located at 584 Route 38 East, Maple Shade; (856) 793-7033; meltingpot.com.

Osteria is out and Catelli Duo is in at the Moorestown Mall. Marc Vetri recently sold his restaurant group -- the Vetri Family -- to Urban Outfitters Inc., based in Philadelphia. The deal included all of his Philly locations except the original Vetri, which continues to wow on Spruce Street. Catelli Duo also is taking over 3,600 square feet of space next to the restaurant for private dining. This will be the second Jersey location for Catelli Duo, which also is in the Voorhees Town Center.
