Fans cheered on New Jersey natives Carli Lloyd and Tobin Heath as the U.S. Women's National Team defeated Colombia, 3-0.

CHESTER, Pa. -- New Jersey's own Carli Lloyd returned home to a sold-out crowd at Talen Energy Stadium Sunday afternoon as she and the U.S. Women's National Team took on Colombia for the second time this month in an international friendly.

Lloyd, of Delran, played in front of a home crowd for the first time since her historic hat trick in the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup final against Japan.

While seemingly frustrated on the field after several failed chances to score, Lloyd was all smiles as she greeted family and friends after the game.

Fellow New Jersey native Tobin Heath, of Basking Ridge, recorded two assists. Heather O'Reilly, of East Brunswick, did not play.

The U.S. defeated Colombia, 3-0.

Forward Christen Press scored in the 26th minute on an assist by Lindsey Horan. Horan crossed the ball over the Colombia back line, and Press lifted the ball over goalkeeper Catalina Perez.

In the 42nd minute, defender Julie Johnston volleyed the ball off a 20-yard free kick by Heath to score her first goal of the season.

In the second half, Heath again fed the ball to Johnston on a free kick for a goal in the 79th minute.

U.S. goalkeeper Alyssa Naeher earned the shutout, the fourth of her career. Perez recorded seven saves for Colombia.
