A crowded Democratic field includes five different banners, while two Republicans are also in the race.
The June 7 primary race for Camden County Board of Chosen Freeholders includes a crowded Democratic field.
In addition to incumbents Edward T. McDonnell and Carmen G. Rodriguez, there are four pairs of challengers running as Democrats.
Thomas J. Stearns, Jr. and Kathryn Petner are running under the slogan "Vote for a Better Tomorrow," while Anthony De Stefanis and Franklin J. Frake have aligned themselves under the tagline "Bernie Sanders." Maryann Dunn and Amy LaConte-Smith are running with the banner "The Time for Change is Now."
Meanwhile, another pair of challengers, Moneke Ragsdale and Steven R. Kelly, are running under the slogan "True Candidates for Camden County." That ticket is affiliated with Alex Law, who is challenging Rep. Donald Norcross this June.
On the Republican ticket, Robert Stone and Claire H. Gustafson are running for the Camden County Regular Republican Party.
