GLOUCESTER TWP. -- Heroin, cocaine, a firearm and more were allegedly discovered by authorities following an early-morning raid of homes in the Revere Run II neighborhood as well as a Winslow Township address.

The initial investigation into narcotics sales began "several months ago," township police said, adding that "large quantities" of heroin and cocaine were "regularly" sold from the home of the drug network's alleged leader.

As the investigation grew, the alleged ringleader sold drugs to undercover police officers and a Tamerlane Apartments residence in Winslow Township was also targeted. Five search warrants were eventually obtained, resulting in Friday's raids by law enforcement agencies from across Camden County.

"As a result of this investigation, a significant quantity of heroin, several ounces of cocaine, cash, packaging materials, and a firearm were recovered," township police said Monday when announcing the raid.

Arrested were Curtiss Williams, 35, Brian Moore, 25, Gerald Frazier, 23, all of Sicklerville, and Kyle Henry, 21, of Lindenwold.

Williams, the alleged leader of the network, was charged with certain persons prohibited from possessing a firearm, possession of a firearm during a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) offense, two counts of distribution of CDS, distribution of CDS, distribution of CDS within 500 feet of a public park and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sent to the Camden County Correctional Facility in default of $400,000 full-cash bail.

Moore and Frazier were both charged distribution of CDS within 500 feet of a public building, distribution of heroin and distribution of marijuana. They were both sent to the Camden County Correctional Facility in default of $100,000 full-cash bail.

Henry was arrested at a residence on the unit block of Thisleton Road in Gloucester Township for possession of CDS (prescription pills in this case). He was sent to the Camden County Correctional Facility in default of $10,000 bail.

"The arrest of these individuals is another example of the enforcement campaigns targeting those who illegally distribute narcotics in Gloucester Township. The Gloucester Township Police Department will continue to attack the abuse and sale of these highly addictive narcotics in our community," police said Monday.
