PEMBERTON TOWNSHIP -- Authorities are looking for a 30-year-old township man who allegedly beat another township man and his dog with a baseball bat during a fight Thursday.

Police said Darren Dicarlo is wanted on aggravated assault charges after the 35-year-old victim said the two got in a fight at about 9:30 p.m. and Dicarlo brought out a baseball bat, which Dicarlo allegedly used to strike both the victim and his dog multiple times.

A handgun was also fired by an unknown person during the fight, police said, but the shot didn't hit any individual or property.
