The incident occurred Monday morning in Brooklawn.
BROOKLAWN -- Camden County authorities are seeking the public's assistance with tracking down a bank robbery suspect who allegedly brandished a handgun during an incident Monday morning.
According to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office, the unidentified suspect entered the Wells Fargo off Route 130 at approximately 11:30 a.m.
The man allegedly demanded money from the teller before receiving an undisclosed amount of cash and fleeing on foot.
Authorities describe the suspect as a bearded white male in his late 30s or early 40s standing between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall. He was wearing sunglasses, a gray hooded sweatshirt, black gloves and dark pants.
According to the prosecutor's office, the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous and members of the public are asked not to approach or attempt to apprehend him. Instead, call 911 if he is encountered.
