Two search warrants were simultaneously executed Friday.
PINE HILL -- A borough man is charged with maintaining a drug production facility after a month-long investigation into crack cocaine sales in the area culminated with raids on Pine Hill apartments.
Rasul Hakiem Dunlap, 31, of the 200 block of West Branch Avenue, was arrested Friday after a search warrant was executed at his Chalet Gardens Apartments unit. Another warrant was simultaneously carried out at a Mansions apartments unit by Pine Hill police, the Camden County Prosecutor's Office Suburban Narcotics Task Force and Lower Camden County Regional Special Response Team.
Police say Dunlap was using an apartment in the 100 building at Mansions to operate a controlled dangerous substance production facility. There, authorities allegedly found an undisclosed amount of suspected crack cocaine, manufacturing materials, digital scales, baggies and other paraphernalia used for crack cocaine packaging.

Police further allege Dunlap was in possession of a quantity of suspected crack cocaine "packaged consistent with distribution." He was sent to the Camden County Correctional Facility in default of $144,000 bail.
Officers at the scene arrested two people they claim to have been in the area to buy drugs while also canvassing the Mansions community to provide residents with advice on how to report suspected illegal activity.
