Pine Hill police arrested four individuals during separate drug investigations in the month of June.

PINE HILL -- Borough police have arrested four people in unrelated narcotics investigations in the past month.

Allen Davis, 29, has been charged with possession of heroin and possession with intent to distribute after he was found with 42 packets of suspected heroin, police said.

He was placed in Camden County Correctional Facility in lieu of $60,000 full cash bail.

A narcotics search warrant at an Erial Road home resulted in the arrest of James D. Barbera, 36, who was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute, as well as possession of CDS paraphernalia.

The house was deemed unsafe by the Pine Hill Constriction Office after the warrant execution and the Department of Chile Protection was notified of children being in the home, according to Pine Hill Police.

A Chalet Gardens Apartment was the subject of two separate raids in June, where suspected crack cocaine was allegedly being sold.

Erica Lawson, 30, was charged with possession of crack cocaine for the first raid and possession of heroin with intent to distribute and possession of crack cocaine during the second search. Elijah Wilcox, 28, was charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin and possession of crack cocaine.

More than 30 packets of suspected heroin and crack cocaine were found in the two searches.

The investigations involved the Camden County Prosecutor's Office Suburban Narcotics Task Force and the Pine Hill Police Department, police said.
