GLASSBORO -- The 2016 Summer Olympics made its presence felt at Rowan University's Homecoming parade and float competition Saturday morning.
The theme of homecoming week, "PROFlympics," paid homage to the Games of the XXXI Olympiad in Rio.
Hours before kickoff for the homecoming football game against Salisbury University, more than 2,000 students, alumni and guests attended the parade and watched Olympic-themed skits performed.
