An eyewitness told police the man with the recognizable tattoo killed one woman and injured another.
CAMDEN -- A man with a bull's-eye tattoo between his eyes found himself in the sights of Camden County law enforcement after an eyewitness told police that the man who shot two Camden women in August had a bull's-eye face tattoo.
Robinson Vazquez Jr., 23, is now facing a murder charge for allegedly killing Braniya James, 21, and an attempted murder charge allegedly shooting Essynce Blakney, 18, while the two women were in front of Eugene's Barbershop at 818 South 6th St. on Aug. 8.
Vazquez was arrested in Fort Walton Beach, Florida on Sept. 7, according to the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office.
He was arraigned in Camden Superior Court Oct. 3 and is being held in the jail next door on $1.5 million bail.
In a probable cause statement, the Camden County prosecutor's office said that two witnesses who provided a description of Vazquez, including a description of the face tattoo, were key in identifying him as the suspect in the shooting.
One witness did not see the shooting, but told police that he or she saw a Hispanic man with long hair, a beard and a face tattoo ride his bicycle toward the shooting site and then away from the scene after several shots were fired, according to the document.
The other witness told police he or she saw a man on a bicycle that matched the same description as the first witness. The man fired a gun in the direction of the women. The witness said the man had a bull's eye tattooed between his eyes and that he or she "knows the shooter from seeing him numerous times in the area," according to the probable cause statement.
Police were also able to get surveillance video footage from a block away that showed a man matching that description bicycling away from the scene.

After the man's description was disseminated to area police officers, a Camden Metro officer recognized that Vazquez, with whom he's had dealings, has a bull's-eye tattoo between his eyes. The eyewitness to the shooting then picked Vazquez's photograph out of an array, identifying him as the culprit, the prosecutor's office said in the statement.
The statement did not reveal a possible motive for the shooting.
The two victims had both graduated from Camden High School -- Blakney just a few months before the shooting. Neighbors of the barbershop said people often hung out on a couch in front of Eugene's Barbershop at night after it was closed.
The prosecutor's office said James was found unresponsive outside the shop shortly before 9 p.m. Aug. 8, with multiple gunshot wounds. Blakney was inside the building with multiple gunshot wounds to her "upper body," according to the prosecutor's office.
She was taken to Cooper University Hospital where she was initially listed in stable condition. Information about whether she had been released was not available from the hospital.
