George Buller III allegedly killed his mother, Andree Buller, then turned the gun on himself at the Genesis HealthCare Voorhees Center.
VOORHEES -- Authorities have identified a Lumberton man who they say fatally shot his mother and then himself in a murder-suicide at the Genesis HealthCare Voorhees Center Sunday.
George Buller III, 62, killed his mother, Andree Buller, 85, in her room at around 5:45 p.m., according to authorities.

Nobody else was injured in the shooting at the East Evesham Road site, according to a news release from Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Voorhees Police Chief Louis Bordi.
6ABC reported that George Buller shot his mother in her room after they ate dinner together. A nurse heard the first shot, and walked into the room to witness Buller turn the gun on himself, the report said.
The Genesis HealthCare facility serves as a short- and long-term rehabilitation site, and includes care for those with Alzheimer's and dementia.
