Christian Powell, 52, was convicted in June on 22 counts of sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

The crimes began when the victim was 8 years old and continued until she was 14, authorities said.

During that time, the family moved from Riverton to Deptford.

The victim, who is now an adult, testified in Powell's trial.

Powell must serve 85 percent of his term before he is eligible for parole and must register as a sex offender.
