GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP-- A fire was raging in La Cascata townhomes in Blackwood Friday afternoon.
A fire dispatcher confirmed the fire around 2:30 p.m. NBC10 reported that flames were shooting through the roof of the unit at the end of the building.
The fire was considered under control at 3 p.m., according to emergency responders' radio transmissions.
An alert from Gloucester Township warned residents to avoid the area of La Cascata and Loch Lomond Drive because house fires and firefighting equipment.
