PHILADELPHIA -- A Camden County woman pushing a stroller with a 9-month-old child inside in Center City has been identified as the victim of a deadly collision with a SEPTA bus.
Lidia Procaccino, 64, Cherry Hill, was killed early Monday evening after the accident near 23rd and Chestnut streets.

According to Philadelphia police, the Route 9 bus was traveling south along 23rd Street when it turned left onto Chestnut Street and struck Procaccino as she pushed the stroller.
Police say the woman suffered severe internal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The male infant -- who was not harmed in the accident -- was taken to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where he was listed in stable condition.
The accident remains under investigation.
