Andre Wesley was picked up at his Willingboro home Friday night
CAMDEN -- A Willingboro man was arrested Friday and charged in connection with a sexual assault that happened Sunday near an abandoned building.
Andre D. Wesley, 29, was arrested at his home Friday night, WPVI 6 reported. Wesley was publicly identified as a suspect earlier Friday by Camden County law enforcement.
Andre Wesley (Camden County Police) The victim told police she was approached by a man in a white van around 6:30 p.m. who forced her to go to a nearby lot, where she was assaulted. A white van believed to belong to the suspect was seen on surveillance video.
Wesley is a registered sex offender and is considered a possible suspect in other rapes, WPVI also reported.
