Police investigate after 2 elementary school students pass out

WINSLOW TWP. -- No hazardous conditions were detected after Winslow authorities responded to a township elementary school for reports of two students who had passed out.

Winslow police and EMS workers were called to Winslow Township Elementary School No. 1 Friday morning for two students who were unconscious. Both students were examined by medical officials on scene while fire department and other county officials had all other students and school staff placed in an all-purpose room while authorities investigated.

Camden County activates 'Code Blue' warning

"The testing did not indicate of any hazard conditions," Winslow police said Friday afternoon in a press release, which adds that students and staff finished out the rest of the school day as normal.

According to NBC10, no other students suffered any medical problems as a result of the incident.
