Camden County resident Julianne Mazzarella died in the crash.
AUDUBON -- A man who pleaded guilty to a second-degree vehicular homicide charge in connection with a fatal accident was sentenced to 9 years in prison, according to court records.
Ethan T. Albino, 27, of Haddon Township, was intoxicated early on the morning of Sept. 26, 2015, when he failed to stop at a red light while traveling north on Kings Highway, the Camden County Prosecutor's Office previously reported. He collided with a car traveling west on White Horse Pike.
The driver of that vehicle, Julianne Mazzarella, 33, of Berlin, died at the scene.
Toxicology tests showed Albino's blood-alcohol content was 0.12 percent, according to prosecutors. The legal limit is 0.08.
Two of Albino's passengers were also injured in the crash.
Albino was sentenced in November and must serve 85 percent of his term before he is eligible for parole.
