Police needed a search warrant to allegedly find drugs.
CLEMENTON -- A 19-year-old borough man was arrested and charged with drug-distribution offenses after a search of his apartment turned up 2 pounds of marijuana, authorities said.
David M. Pagano Jr., was arrested at his home in the 1300 block of Blackwood Clementon Road. Charges included distribution of controlled dangerous substances within 500 feet of a park.
Police said the marijuana was found after a search warrant was obtained to open a safe. The weed was found there, along with more than $1,300 in cash, police said.
Authorities said the search occurred during an investigation into a stolen motorcycle. Police did not immediately report if the vehicle was found.
