The garden will be fenced by a split rail fence with an opening on West Third Street and an opening on Foundry Street. The garden plots will be filled with topsoil and crated using cedar edging. Volunteers will also do some community clean-up in the neighborhood surrounding the garden, removing litter from the open space and parks.
