When the game ends a few hours later, the air temperature is expected to be 46 degrees, but the wind chill will make it feel like it's 41.
Philadelphia Marathon weather forecast, what to wear
WHAT TO WEAR
Our recommendation: Dress in layers. Start with a light long-sleeved shirt, add a hooded sweatshirt, then a winter jacket (which can always be removed). Don't forget your Eagles jersey over that, if there's any room. Bring a pair of light gloves, and wear a wool hat if you're not into hoods. For your feet, thick shoes or boots are warmer than sneakers. And wear thick socks.
