Samuel Lopez, 18, was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Service and Volusia County Sheriff's Office on Thursday afternoon at "an acquaintance's residence" in Deltona, Florida, authorities said.

Lopez and 29-year-old Reymond Pagan, also a Camden resident, were both charged on Dec. 3 with first-degree felony murder following the fatal shooting of 34-year-old Camden man Jose Franco.

Franco was killed during a robbery late on Sept. 27 near 28th Street and Pierce Avenue. He was taken to Cooper University Hospital and died as a result of his injuries shortly before 6 a.m. the following day.

Pagan was caught in Camden on Dec. 3 and arraigned the following day before Superior Court Judge Edward J. McBride Jr. Bail was set at $1.5 million full cash.

Lopez is currently awaiting extradition to New Jersey and is being held in Florida.
