Police were not amused when he said it did it to be "funny," according to the report.
A Haddon Township man is facing kidnapping, grand theft and other charges after he allegedly stole a limousine with riders in it, according to a report in a Palm Beach, Fla. newspaper.
According to the Palm Beach Daily News, Anthony Almand, 55, told police that he took a limousine with two women in it Thursday night to be "funny."
But Palm Beach Police weren't laughing and they charged Almand with kidnap/false imprisonment, grand theft auto and resisting arrest without violence, it said.
According to the report, the women screamed to be let out of the vehicle and feared for their safety.
Almand, was being held in the Palm Beach County Jail on $15,000 bond, it said.
