The blaze was considered to be accidental, according to fire officials.

CHERRY HILL TWP. -- Following Thursday's fatal house fire along Sheffield Drive, a GoFundMe page to support the parents of the 25-year-old victim has been launched.

The victim, whose identity was not released by investigators, was found inside the home and later taken to Kennedy University Hospital in Cherry Hill, where she died. Property records indicate the victim was Jennifer Farino, who shared the home with her parents.

"Our neighborhood is very heartbroken for one of our own," the GoFundMe page reads. "Any donation would be greatly appreciated. Donations will go to help with funeral cost."

The page was created in the wake of the fire and originally set a goal of raising $2,000 for the late woman's parents. The 91 supporters have far surpassed that total -- having contributed $6,730 as of Friday morning and an anonymous donation of $1,000 being made around 9 a.m.

After a 10 a.m. 9-1-1 call on Thursday, firefighters arrived approximately five minutes later and were met with heavy smoke and flames. The victim was found in a rear bedroom, according to township fire officials who responded to the scene.

The blaze, which took just under 40 minutes to bring under control, began in the kitchen and was considered accidental. Three firefighters were also treated for minor burns sustained during the response.

"We just want this family to know that they are not alone and their community cares," the page's creators said.
