CAMDEN -- The Camden County Prosecutor's Office on Friday released surveillance video of two men wanted for questioning in the fatal shooting of a city man late Wednesday.

Walter Davis, 48, was found around 11:20 p.m. lying on the ground after Camden County police responded to the 300 block of Sycamore Street following a 911 call. He was pronounced dead approximately 10 minutes later after being transported to Cooper University Hospital.

Sycamore Street residents told NJ Advance Media on Thursday that their street is plagued by open-air drug deals and that they thought the two blast heard late Wednesday were fireworks -- not gunshots.

Per the prosecutors office, surveillance video footage shows a black male wearing a white shirt and dark pants walking with a black male wearing a white tank top shirt and dark pants.

"Detectives would like to speak with these men," the prosecutor's office said in a news release Friday, adding that the public is asked to not approach them but call police instead if they can identify the suspects or have information pertaining to the shooting.
