The 9,500 square foot bank sold for $450,000 to CI Architecture
CHERRY HILL -- Markeim Chalmers Inc., a commercial real estate, appraisals and property management firm in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, announces the sale of the historic State Bank of Camden building in the heart of Camden.
The property, 9,500 square feet, sold for $450,000, was sold by RFB Properties (a subsidiary of Republic Bank) to CI Architecture.
The seller and buyer representative was Kevin Burns, senior vice president of Markeim Chalmers
Burns of Markeim Chalmers represented both parties in negotiating the sale/purchase of the historic State Bank of Camden site located at 121 Market St. The buyer, CI Architecture (www.City-Invincible.com), is a regional architecture, interior design and land planning firm, has plans to fully transform the building interior and make it a state-of-the-art work workplace and looks to increase its involvement in the city renaissance both professionally and on the charitable side. The sale from owner, RFB Properties, closed on Aug. 2, 2016.
National State Bank was built in 1913 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places on Aug. 24, 1990.
