VOORHEES -- Laurie Grey has been named vice president of revenue cycle at Kennedy Health.
In this leadership role, Grey will oversee patient financial services, patient access, centralized scheduling, and health information management for Kennedy, which has more than 4,600 associates at its three hospital campuses in Cherry Hill, Stratford, and Washington Township, and at various support facilities. She will also play a significant role in the future design, negotiation and administration of care contracts with government and commercial payors.
Prior to joining Kennedy Health, Grey served as executive director of revenue cycle management at Princeton HealthCare System, where she was responsible for administrative oversight of all facets of the revenue cycle, including health information management, clinical documentation and patient financial services since 2001.
Grey's professional career also includes 22 years with Rochester Regional Health System in New York, where she served as director of patient financial and access services, among other key financial services roles.
Grey, who resides with her husband in Lower Makefield, Pennsylvania, is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), the National Association of Healthcare Access Management and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society.
