More than 100 businesses are slated to attend a career fair at the Camden waterfront on Thursday

CAMDEN -- More than 100 businesses are slated to attend a career fair at the Camden waterfront on Wednesday.

The event, being sponsored by the county freeholder board and in cooperation with the Camden County One-Stop Resource Center, will be held at the Susquehanna Bank Center and is expected to draw thousands of potential employees.

"When you attend, be sure to dress for success and bring plenty of copies of your resume as you will have a chance to meet with more than 100 employers offering positions in a wide variety of fields," said county Freeholder Director Louis Cappelli, Jr. "The Camden County Freeholder Board hosts job fairs each year to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers."

Attendees will be able to attend workshops, register with Jobs4Jersey.com's OnRamp that allows jobseekers to create a resume, search through approximately 100,000 job listings and speak with representatives from the state and county to assist with registering.
