A Gloucester City High School student was charged with false public alarms and terroristic threats.
GLOUCESTER CITY -- Gloucester City High School student was charged after police said a threat written on a bathroom wall was found Monday morning.
Officers were called to the school on 1300 Market Street just before 9:10 a.m. after a report of a bomb threat written on a bathroom wall.
The building was evacuated and several explosives-detection K-9 units responded to the school. They searched the entire complex and the surrounding grounds and no explosives were found.

Students and staff returned to the school at 10:30 a.m., according to police.
After an investigation, a 17-year-old female student was taken into custody, and she was charged with false public alarms and terroristic threats, authorities said.
