A driver was killed after slamming his car into a tree early Saturday morning on White Horse Road, according to the Voorhees Police Department.

VOORHEES -- A driver was killed after slamming his car into a tree early Saturday morning on White Horse Road, according to the Voorhees Police Department.
Police said the driver was a 37-year-old man, but did not release his name.
The accident happened at around 12:15 a.m.

The impact of the crash, according to a report by ABC6, caused the man to be ejected from the vehicle.
He was pronounced dead at Cooper University Hospital.
The crash remains under investigation.
