The Christmas Eve drawing marks the second big Cash4Life win in Jersey this month

Life has likely gotten far easier for someone who bought a lottery ticket at a South Jersey gas station last week.

A $2 Cash4Life ticket sold at Citgo on Route 73 in the Braddock section of Winslow, Camden County matched all the winning numbers for the Christmas Eve drawing, state lottery officials said Monday.

The winning numbers were: 5, 19, 36, 41 and 55 with a Cash Ball of 2

The lucky ticket holder wins $1,000 a day for the rest of his or her life, payable once a year. If he or she chooses to take the money in a lump sum, the prize is $7 million minus taxes.

The odds of a ticket matching all six numbers are 21,846,048 to 1.

After months without a first- or second-prize winning ticket sold in New Jersey, Thursday's win marks the second this month. A ticket sold at a Passaic liquor store for the Dec. 10 drawing matched five numbers but not the Cash Ball and is worth either $1,000 a week for life or $1 million to the winner.

Cash4Life drawings are held twice weekly. The game is played in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Tennessee.
